Accomodation Sizes
Set in beautiful woodlands only one mile from Elie and 15 minutes from St Andrews in the East Neuk, we have a variety of self catering properties to suit everyones needs;
1 bedroom unit
1 twin bedroom, shower facilities, kitchenette with small lounge and dining facilities, conservatory. This property does have a double sofa bed in the lounge allowing a maximum occupancy of four occupants - however we would recommend a maximum of two occupants.
2 bedroom unit
2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bath/shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Most two bedroom properties have a double sofa bed facility in the lounge allowing a maximum of six occupants. However exceptions to this rule are The Woodcutters Cottage and The Gatehouse both of which can only have a maximum of four occupants.
3 bedroom unit (Standard)
3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 3 bath/shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. All three bedroom properties have a double sofa bed facility in the lounge allowing a maximum of eight occupants.
3 bedroom unit (Premier)
3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 3 bath/shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. All three bedroom properties have a double sofa bed facility in the lounge allowing a maximum of eight occupants. Premier unit feature either a sauna or hot tub, please contact reservations for specifics.
4 bedroom unit
4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twin - however all zip link so can be any permutation with advance notification), 3 bath/shower rooms, 1 sauna/shower suite, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area allowing a maximum of eight occupants.
Additional Information
For full week stays our 1 bedroom unit is normally a Friday check-in, 2 and 3 bedroom units can be either a Friday or Saturday check-in and 4 bedroom units are normally a Saturday check-in.
Please note that your unit may be in the form of a villa, castle suite or historic cottage unless specifically stated.
All our units are fully equipped with linen and towels. Most of the units have a minimum of one en suite bath/shower room and one independent bath/shower room. An indication of specific unit allocation will not be confirmed until a maximum of one week prior to the check-in date.
All residents have full use of the leisure facilities most of which are complimentary, chargeable facilities include horse-riding and health and beauty. Additional off-site activities can also be arranged by our Leisure team throughout the East Neuk in Elie and St Andrews or further afield.
Dogs are permitted on the estate and in our accommodation however must be kept on the lead on the estate. Pets are not permitted on any furnishings.
Check in is from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and reception is open until 10pm, we therfore advsie any guests anticipating checking on after 9.30pm to contact our reception team who will make arrangements. Check out on the day of departure is 10am.
