Party Nights

Join us for a fun filled night in our marquee to kick off the festive season.  Commencing 7.00pm prompt, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, then enjoy a 3 course dinner plus coffee, dance the night away in our luxury marquee, stay with us in our fabulous accommodation and utilise our leisure facilities as you wish.

The dates available are as follows:

• For the early birds the party night will be held on Saturday 15th December for 2012

 

For only £79.00 per person included in the Residential Party Night Package is:

• A welcome drink on arrival
• 3 course dinner with coffee
• Disco
• Accommodation including electricity (normally charged for)
• Buffet Breakfast

Dinner only option is also available for £43.00 per person.

Single occupancy per room is available at an additional cost of £15 per person.

Pesto Infused Winter Vegetable Broth
topped with freshly cut herbs

Terrine of Chicken and Goose Liver
Set on organic leaves, warmed oatcakes and a ragoût of plum chutney

Feta, Olive and Sun blush Tomato Salad
Set on organic salad with herb crouton, parmesan shavings and heather honey dressing

Main Courses

Traditional Ayrshire Turkey
Succulent Ayrshire turkey with oatmeal and sage stuffing, kilted apple chipolatas and coated in a rich pan gravy

Prime Fore Rib of Aberdeen Angus Beef
Freshly roasted with fresh garden herbs and coated in a rich Madeira wine reduction

Roasted Vegetable, Pine Nut and Goats Cheese Crumble
Served in filo pastry and served with a pimento and white wine glaze
Chefs selection of traditional vegetables and roast potatoes

Terms and Conditions
Party Nights are package per person costs, based on accommodation and attendance to event as described. Accommodation allocated to these events is limited. Bookings cannot be made in conjunction with any other offer. Accommodation is allocated based on the resorts minimum occupancy of the accommodation available. For example 4 guests sharing a 2 bedroom unit.  Accommodation will be permutations of double and twin rooms depending on specific accommodation spec. Most units have at least one ensuite and one independent bath/shower room. Single occupancy per room is available at an additional cost of £15 per person. Telephone usage is charged as used on departure. All bookings require a 25% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit payable by credit or debit card with balances paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival to complete the booking. Cheques will be accepted for balances where they are received and cleared by the due date. Changes to booking numbers whether increases or decreases may be permitted at the reservations manager discretion.  Amendments permitted will be subject to reallocation of accommodation. Where more than one accommodation is booked, a rooming list may be required. Check in is 4.30pm and reception closes at 10pm- arrivals later than 9.30pm should contact reception in advance to make arrangements. Departure from all accommodation is 10am. Dogs are welcome at the resort, however they are not permitted on any furnishings and must be kept on the leash in the centre of the resort. Cancellation terms and conditions apply - contact the reservations office for information. A credit/debit card imprint will be required upon check in or cash deposit £150. Any charges for damages, additional cleaning or unpaid items will be charged to the card imprint without further recourse.
