Therapeutic Body Massage
Gently eases everyday aches and pains, allowing the body to relax and unwind. The massage is applied to the legs, back, shoulders, neck and arms with the use of oil chosen to maximise the benefits of the massage to the individual. 1 hour treatment - £40
Back Massage
Can be done over clothing or with oils on bare skin. This massage has a contrast of both deep and light pressure and can be adapted to client preference. 40 minute treatment - £30
Aromatherapy
Using a specialised, individual blend of essential oils to suit the needs of each client. Applied using a gentle massage to relax, unwind and aid well-being. Full body - 1 hour treatment - £45, Back only - 30 minute treatment - £30
Reflexology
Using Tui wax or lotion to work over the reflexes of the feet, gentle pressure is applied to each reflex which correlates to different areas of the body. this ancient art is great for treating digestive problems, detoxification and to promote well-being. 1 hour treatment - £40
Indian Head Massage
Performed over clothing and in a chair, incorporating the upper back, the shoulders, neck, head, scalp and face (optional). Oils can be used on the scalp (optional). Perfect for stress relief, tension, aches and pains and to rebalance the whole body. 45 minute treatment - £30
Facial with Shoulder and Neck Massage
Gentle exfoliation is applied to prepare the skin, organic massage oils is used over the face, neck and shoulders and to finish a Kinetin treatment is applied to improve tone and texture. This is a truly relaxing and reviatlising treatment. 30 minute treatment - £25
Foot Massage and Treatment
A cooling foot lotion is used to massage aches and pains away, followed by a relaxing foot wash with dead sea salts and aromatic oils. 30 minute treatment - £25
Hand Massage
The hands are first cleansed in dead sea salts before a small amount of oil is applied to moisturise the skin. The massage is light and works to relieve joint pain and stiffness. 20 minute treatment - £20

Package 1
Unwind with a back, neck and shoulder massage to ease any aches and pains, followed by a facial specially adapted to rejuvenate the skin and to improve tone and texture, then finish with a relaxing hand massage. - £55
Package 2
Relaxing back massage with aromatherapy oils chosen to suit individual need, followed by a soothing hand and foot massage to reduce tension. - £40
