With our honest approach to representing our Ownership opportunities, by means of an informal but informative Special Inspection Visit, this allows you to experience the Estate first hand. Enjoy complimentary use of our extensive leisure facilities, including swimming pool and gymnasium. There is no obligation other than to meet with one of our team for a 90 minute tour of the resort and our facilities.

Terms and conditions
Offer only applies to a two night stay for couple or families. No group bookings. This promotional offer is designed for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £35,000. Attendance at a 90 minute sales presentation with the Kilconquhar Castle Estate sales team is required to qualify for this offer. The cost of this package is subsidised by Kilconquhar Castle Estate. If you or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the package will be payable which will be a minimum of £685 per couple.
Qualified singles are also eligible for this programme provided they are aged between 30 and 70 with an annual household income in excess of £40,000. Should you book and travel as a qualified single, the package cost is based on two people and as a condition, you must tour alone.
Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a three star country clubroom which is suitable for up to 2 adults, families will be accommodated in our timeshare accommodation. Dinner is based on two courses plus coffee, adults shall dine from the White Cockade Bistro menu and children from the children’s menu. Bookings will be made subject to availability.
25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking, with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations must be advised 48 hours prior to arrival to enable reallocation of dates. This package is non transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
