The offer applies to stays from Friday 9th January to Friday 30th January in standard hotel rooms, sleeping 2.

When contacting our Reservations Team, please let us know that you are booking a hotel room on the January Deal Club member rate and provide the email address associated with your Deal Club membership.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

• We strongly recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance to cover non-refundable stays.

• Please note that Kilconquhar Castle Estate is not affiliated with, nor responsible for, any travel insurance policies arranged independently.

Terms & Conditions

• Dogs are welcome to join you for your stay, with a maximum of two dogs per room. A £15 single surcharge per dog applies.

• An early check-in from 2.00pm or a late check-out until 12 noon can be pre-booked. Each option is charged at £20 per room, per change.

• The offer is Deal Club booking information

• This offer is available exclusively to Deal Club members.

• Bookings must be made directly through our Reservations Team and cannot be booked online.

• The rate is not available via third-party booking sites.

• Discount codes or other offers cannot be used in conjunction with this Deal Club rate.

• All bookings are inquiry-only, which is why the rate does not appear on our website.

• Stays that extend beyond Friday 30th January will be charged at the hotel’s standard room rate for the additional nights.
