Payment & Cancellation Terms
A 35% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking if the arrival date is more than 30 days away. The remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. Once the balance has been paid, the booking becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be taken at the time of booking, and the payment will be wholly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Hotel Rooms at Kilconquhar Castle Estate
Set in the heart of the estate, our hotel rooms offer a cosy base for your countryside getaway. Each room includes a comfortable double or 2 single beds, en-suite shower room, and tea and coffee facilities.
While they don’t feature views, guests enjoy full access to the estate’s leisure centre, including the indoor pool, gym, and games areas — plus the nearby White Cockade Bistro for dining and drinks.
Check-in & Pets
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, with check-out by 11:00 am.
We love welcoming four-legged guests too — up to two dogs per room can join you when pre-booked, with a small £15 charge per dog, per stay.
