The 2027 Rental Mandate is now available, and owners are invited to register their weeks for rental in 2027.

Please note that the rolling rental registration option is being phased out. Units currently on the rolling register that have not been let for 2027 will be removed. We will contact all affected owners directly by email.

Rolling registration was introduced on a trial basis. However, the volume of amendments required has demonstrated that annual registration is a more practical and effective approach.

​

All rental mandates must now be completed online to ensure they can be tracked efficiently. We no longer accept paper mandates by post.

​

The Golf Open Mandate is the only exception. This form may be printed, but it must be completed and returned by email to ensure that we receive and process it.

Owners of weeks 28 and 29 who wish to register their week(s) for rental should contact us if they have not received a copy of the 2027 Open Golf Mandate.
